Do you wish to change your life?
Then read this fully.
We designed a journal for people who want to write, but somehow never manage to do it every day.
We all know journaling is a great habit. But then comes the blank page.
"What do I even write?"

A journal guided by you and the universe.
Why this exists
Even psychologists don't know how it feels.
Depression. Anxiety. Loneliness. You can read about them in textbooks. Living them is something else.
I have gone through all of it. I shut myself down from everything. I consulted more than 12 psychologists, life coaches, meditation and yoga trainers.
That blue and red pen didn't change my life.
Journaling did. It was an easy, fun and interesting way to find my spark again.
If I can, so can you.
A prompt every day
Not random questions. Each part of the journal explores one territory of your inner world.
Go beyond the surface
The prompts find the root cause, help you look inward, and gently guide you toward healing and growth.
A secret message
Write first. Then turn the page and read the message from the universe — it reframes what you just wrote.

You just have to begin.
Open it when you're happy.
Open it when you're confused.
Open it when you have nothing to say.
Write. Reflect. Discover yourself.
Mental well-being needs a routine too — just like going to the gym. And journaling doesn't have to feel like homework.
It can be a journey.
Maybe one day, you'll close this journal, look back at everything you've written… and say it yourself,
"I really did change."
